Terms of Service

HuddleGo is a travel planning software service. We generate planning drafts, collect preferences, organize group decisions, and help you prepare shareable itinerary materials.

We are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, restaurant, booking platform, insurer, or transportation provider.

Itineraries, weather notes, holiday reminders, budgets, route timing, restaurant suggestions, hotel links, and attraction ideas may be incomplete or become outdated.

Before relying on a plan, verify prices, hours, availability, reservations, safety conditions, passport or visa rules, and transportation schedules with the relevant provider.

You are responsible for the information you submit and for sharing trip links only with people who should have access.

Organizers may invite participants, collect preferences, request itinerary revisions, and manage paid access for a trip. Participants can usually contribute preferences and vote without paying.

One-time itinerary and group passes unlock additional use for the relevant trip or itinerary. Subscription plans unlock recurring planning capacity for the account that purchases them.

Stripe processes payments. HuddleGo does not store full card numbers. Subscription cancellation and payment method changes are handled through the billing portal when available.

Use HuddleGo for travel planning. Do not use it to abuse the service, attack systems, bypass usage limits, scrape private data, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

We may limit, suspend, or refuse access when needed to protect the product, users, payment systems, or legal obligations.
