1. Information We Collect

We collect account details, trip ideas, destinations, dates, preferences, participant names or emails, support messages, and billing contact details.

We also collect usage data such as pages visited, itinerary generation activity, agent interactions, browser/device metadata, logs, and approximate location inferred from network information when needed for security and reliability.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and revise itineraries, save trips, support group collaboration, provide customer support, process payments, prevent abuse, measure product quality, and improve HuddleGo.

3. Service Providers

We use service providers for hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, AI itinerary generation, analytics/logging, payments, and operational tooling.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. Trip content may be sent to AI providers and travel-data providers to generate or improve itinerary output.

4. Sharing and Trip Access

Shared trip links and invited participant flows may show relevant trip details to people who have access to that trip.

Do not put sensitive personal information in a shared trip unless you are comfortable with invited people seeing it.

5. Retention and Choices

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information. Some payment, legal, or security records may need to be retained.
