Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want customers to be treated fairly while making clear what HuddleGo can and cannot control.

One-Time Passes

If a paid pass does not unlock, is duplicated by mistake, or HuddleGo fails before you receive meaningful itinerary output, email us within 14 days and we will review a refund or credit.

If you have already used a pass for substantial itinerary revisions, exported materials, or group collaboration, the pass is usually not refundable.

Subscriptions

You can cancel future subscription renewals through the billing portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

If a subscription was charged by mistake or the service was unavailable in a way that prevented meaningful use, contact us and we will review the case.

Third-Party Travel Costs

We cannot refund flights, hotels, restaurants, attractions, booking fees, provider price changes, or other third-party travel costs. HuddleGo is a planning tool and does not control those services.
